  • Partly driven by the involvement of our Private Equity partner, the client decided to accelerate its expansion strategy by targeting a growing demand for innovative and comprehensive ICT and Clinical transformation solutions.
  • We were asked to review the global supply chain and procurement activities in an immediate post-deal setting.
  • During the engagement, additional acquisitions were completed, which had to be incorporated in our efforts.
